I attended Cornell University where I majored in mathematics. After my time at Cornell, I went to law school. Now, I reside in Brooklyn, New York. I work in Manhattan at a theater where I write comedic scripts. Throughout my career, I have tutored math to students of varying ages and levels of proficiency. I can help with elementary and middle school math, pre-algebra through algebra IV, geometry, calculus, PSAT and SAT, as well as general test prep skills. I am a highly organized individual, which is a habit I picked up in my law studies. As a natural comedian, I like to incorporate humor and fun into the process of learning to relax my students and help to open their minds to receive new information. I have a genuine concern for those I work with and that is evident when I am teaching. Above all, I want success for every individual, which includes fostering a sense of joy towards learning the subject matter and making sure they have full comprehension.I enjoy a wide variety of hobbies when I am not working. I am into farming and cooking. I like to play cribbage. To unwind, I use meditation as a source of release.
