I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, with a major in Mathematics, from the University of Idaho. I have held teaching certificates in Washington, Idaho, and Texas, and have tutored while living all over the United States, in Korea, and in Germany while moving with my military husband and family.
Experience
I have been tutoring privately for the past 18 years, all over the world. Most recently I have been tutoring for the homeschool community in the San Antonio area for the past ten years, and I've loved every minute of it. I love to tutor one-on-one, so that I can cater and adjust to each individual student's needs. The best feeling in the world is when I can see the "lightbulb" go on, and math is finally making sense. I have tutored students of all ability levels, from the very brightest to those who significantly struggle with math concepts. I guarantee that I can help every student feel more confident and capable in math.
