Experience
I have experience instructing students as a teachers assistant in a middle school environment, and I believe that my experience makes me an ideal candidate for this position. As a teachers assistant, I was expected to give instruction to students within a compressed timetable and I believe that this skill will empower me to give superior tutoring assistance to students. Furthermore, I carried a tutoring caseload of between ten and fifteen students which gave me direct experience in providing one on one instruction.
