Tutor for three years at Fort Valley State University’s Mathematics Lab, where students were able to receive math assistance/tutoring for all math levels. Also, while in attendance at University of Nevada Las Vegas, I was a math tutor for UNLV Center of Academic Enrichment and Outreach. Throughout my educational journey, I have taken many courses in mathematics to include Differentlal Equations, Advanced Calculus, Number Theory, Linear Algebra I & II, Complex Variables to name a few. Currently, I am a civil engineer for the Department of Army and served with United Stated Army Corps of Engineers. I have had a love for mathematic since the 5th grade. I grasped math very early and was able to tutor my mother and classmates in College Algebra when I was in the 8th grade taking Algebra. I research and think of different ways of teaching students math procedures in order to give them the motivation to learn math and love the subject.
