Experience
I tutored K-6 for two years in high school. I have assissted in classrooms from PK-5 through UTSA observations, in various districts, helping teachers in small group activities or one-on-one with students. I volunteered at Five Palms Elementary tutoring ELLs in reading through Communities In Schools. As an education major I have taken classes relevant to child development and teaching strategies. I currently work with a nonprofit organization, Family Endeavors, as an assistant manager at one of their learning centers.
