Education

I graduated from John Tyler High School in June 2010, in the top 5% of my class. In high school, I was in the National Honor Society, Drama Club, Senior Leadership Team, Mu Alpha Theta, and Multicultural Club. I am now attending The University of Texas at San Antonio as a senior majoring in Mathematics.

Experience

I have tutored my siblings and fellow peers over the past couple of years. I received a combined Math and Critical Reading score of 1140 on my SAT test. I want to be a tutor because I want students to be able to understand what they are being taught. I believe that the more you understand, the more you will want to learn which will lead to more students furthering their education by attending college. The subjects I have listed to tutor, I have taken in high school and/or college and earned a B+ or higher.
