I attended Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana, and completed the degree requirements for Mathematics Teaching. This is a professional teaching track that qualifies students for securing licensure to teach middle and high school mathematics. The core requirements are solid, qualifying me to teach and tutor secondary level math courses. The school stresses extensive field qualifications for its graduates. While still an undergraduate, I gained experience teaching high school and middle school students. Upon graduation, I began my career as a professional educator working as a secondary school teacher of algebra and geometry. After living and working in Montana, I've returned home to Texas. I'm looking forward to working with students here in San Antonio. I'm a qualified tutor in math, pre-algebra, algebra 1, algebra 2, geometry, calculus, and middle school/elementary school math. Students find me an energetic teacher intent on motivating them to learn. When I'm not teaching, my favorite pastimes involve video games and sports.
